'Down by the Beach, Wells by the Sea' shows us the famous beach huts of Wells by the Sea in North Norfolk. A popular seaside town, Wells is known for its sweeping sandy beaches. Katty McMurray has chosen to portray the beach huts using clear strong lines and just a few colours. This style emphasises the graphic impact of the shapes and forms depicted.
